Factual corrections and reader mail go to editorial@otaku-play.com. Please include the page URL and, where you can, the specific line you are flagging and a link or screenshot of the source that contradicts it. The inbox is read during UK business hours. Corrections to the figures on a page are treated as a priority — a wrong wagering requirement or an out-of-date withdrawal limit matters more than a stylistic quibble, and we aim to patch them within one working day of confirmation.

We occasionally take on freelance reviewers with first-hand experience of the UK gambling market and a willingness to be held to the methodology set out on this site. If that sounds like you, send a short note describing the operators you have reviewed before, two writing samples (ideally one bonus-terms teardown and one lobby review) and your rate card to the editorial address with "freelance" in the subject line. We do not accept guest posts, link-building pitches or paid placements.
How we work
Every review on the site goes through the same loop: a researcher captures the current state of the operator's site, the bonus analyst reads the terms attached to any offer we publish, the editor writes the review against both, and a second pair of eyes checks the figures before publication. Reviews are re-tested quarterly on a rolling schedule, and material changes to the brand's offer, lobby or terms trigger an unscheduled update with a dated note in the review. Nothing on the site is generated and shipped unread, and the headline figures in each review are cross-checked against the operator's own terms page on the day the review goes live.
Roles
The site is edited by Harriet Ingham, who has reviewed casino and betting operators since 2017 and leads on the brand review and the bonus-terms coverage. Bonus mechanics — wagering, game weighting, maximum-bet clauses, excluded-games lists — are analysed by Bryn Underhill, who reads the terms line by line before a figure is published on the site. Research assistants verify payment methods, lobby composition and withdrawal timings from a GB IP; corrections and reader mail are triaged by the editor directly and never routed through an automated inbox. We do not use pseudonyms or stock bylines, and we do not re-use the same byline across unrelated sites.
